Format of application form and admit card
: (1) The format of candidate's application form and admit card will be as per schedule- and schedule-5.
(2) If the candidate submits an application stating that the admit card has been lost due to some reason, he/she can be allowed to participate in the examination by providing a copy of the admit card after obtaining the fee prescribed by the Post Purification Committee.
